When you invite someone to stop everyday social norms and create a psychologically safe space… the ability to create that kind of space lives largely in the filed you walk in with.
Every micro interaction that you see in an executive its the signal to how they operate in their daily life…
If you can induct a field of grace which is really the highest part of this art…the intelligence that shows up, the particular behaviour signposts that show up are the ones that matter….it is an invitation to revelation.
And what gets revealed if you pay attention then gets amplified. So the quality of presence, the quality of looking that the practitioner brings is itself a an invocation to significant data and the harvesting of that dat when it shows up creates a kind of electricity in the room where people realise that what is being brought forth will be attended to and will be met….to intervene with precise without judgement and a generosity of spirit is part of the craft.
… If something that is happening outside of the meridian we will look at why that is happening and get really curious really in an engaged way so in that looking you have the possibility of freedom and insight.
All of that requires a facilitator that has done enough of their own inner work to bring that quality of presence, that fearless willingness to name things in the moment, the ability to work emergently not dependent on the curriculum but that sees the people in the room and the live process as the curriculum.

So I am not likely to get the disruptive breakthrough as an idea as much a somebody who has cultivated an inner mindfulness, equanimity, spaciousness and sin’t caught in their expertise and knowledge base but actually pinto life teaching them where that knowledge comes form.
From reactive to self-authored leader
What is the quality of being authored?
Bowing to some higher dimension of potentiality or inspiration or insight that actually becomes the driving engine.
If we don’t do our inner work then we are less available to that future…
Otto Scharmer …the future is that which depends on you to be manifested.
If we don’t do that inner work the future is not manifested
So that is why the future often does not manifest itself even if we have great ideas because we are actually afraid to take the steps that are needed to do.
