“What is happening?” I sometimes hear my clients exclaim. “I have no idea,” I say each time. What happens is some of my coaching sessions, at their core, is completely mysterious, even to me. When by sheer grace we touch magic, words fail - unless we let the poets speak, or you find your Rumi voice within.

To me, coaching is not a 'job'; it is a way of being — a way of living. One of the most profound and pure ways I know in which two people can share a moment in time and touch something essential -and deeply mysterious- about consciousness and Life. One of the most profound ways to be and become fully alive.
That’s why I never coach by the clock. I don’t ever count time.
I don’t care about any of the things that can be measured and counted.
I don’t let go — until I get you across the finish line. ‘Finish line’ means:
you leave the session feeling liberated. WHOLE. Fully resourced and resourceful. Balanced. In your power. Peaceful. Resolved. Integrated.
ALIVE.
At least one or all of these. I won’t let go until we’re there — no matter what. If it takes longer than planned, then that’s what it takes. If necessary -and if both our schedules allow it- we simply go over time.
I care deeply about this QUALITY of crossing that line. This is my commitment to you: I am all in.
As your coach, I am 100% on your side.
I have your back when you don’t.
I believe in you when you won’t.
I hold hope for you when you can’t.
I sense what is hidden deep inside your heart when you no longer can.

When you return to life after a session, having touched your essence, you return c h a n g e d. Literally rewoven. You now live life from this deeper 'new' place - and that’s when the real magic happens.
To me, this is far more alchemy than “executive coaching,”
far more magic and witchcraft than “neuroplasticity,”
far more wild and all-encompassing than miserly little S.M.A.R.T. goals.
“The world is a banquet — and you are starving.”
— Byron Katie
